...with that in mind, i excluded all boundarys as less than prime due to possible proximity of future neighbors. I also excluded the waterfall, both creeks, large field, sunset point, and margherita coast as too prime/shouldn't be developed, should be set aside for other options in the future. Otherwise the best, most easily accessible land from my observation is contained in neighborhoods A,B,C of this plan. This plan even contains some partial field lots (on the "orchard") which I have heard is desirable.

From using the acre grid map this plan contains roughly 10 acres in A and ten in B and 15 in C. At an acre a lot that should be enough.
